Landscaping - The area is planted with several kinds of indigenous trees, fruit trees, flowering shrubs, and succulents providing guests with natural fresh fruits during their occupancy.

A koi pond, with a bridge across it, is situated in the middle of the property, south of the gazebo. The environment created here brings one into a state of relaxation, of serenity, affecting the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual states.

Boulders dot the landscape. A gate allows access from the rear of the property where parking spaces are provided. A gate at the front (beach end) gives direct access to the sea.
